His career progression includes service as a firefighter/EMT, Incident Safety Officer, Deputy Commander for a IFSAC Volunteer fire academy, and IFSAC instructor, culminating in his role as Assistant Fire Chief. This full-spectrum advancement provides him with firsthand knowledge of frontline operations, supervision, command decision-making, and executive responsibility.
